This product helps to calm me for about 2 hours, but it doesn't help me to fall asleep and to fall asleep is my biggest problem as I am an overthinker and my brain keeps running away with the smallest of things after I experienced trauma.

Having never heard of it before, this is about the only supplement I haven't tried for my insomnia. I will continue to use it. I feel more rested and positive in the morning. Still experimenting a little with the dosage.
