I have been struggling with period pains for a very long time in a way that every month I would take 2days off work , because I had an extremely heavy flow with pains so I could just leave the house , went to the doctors , but nothing helped, went to hospital they told me it’s because of fibroids ,however they’ll dissolve on their own . This product helps to calm me for about 2 hours, but it doesn't help me to fall asleep and to fall asleep is my biggest problem as I am an overthinker and my brain keeps running away with the smallest of things after I experienced trauma.

Having never heard of it before, this is about the only supplement I haven't tried for my insomnia. I will continue to use it. I feel more rested and positive in the morning. Still experimenting a little with the dosage.
