I have purchased the Ashwagandha after reading many reviews, and many articles on how it helps with anxiety, stress and premenopausal issues. This product is amazing, I sleep better, and I am not moody, I seem to manage my stress so much better. I LOVE this product and will keep on using this. It helps with energy. I exercise regularly and I can feel the benefits during exercise. I highly recommend this. I am starting my daughters on this also, I am sure they are going to feel the benefits too.

I started my journey about three weeks ago with Ashwagandha. I can say this product is amazing. I have been looking for a solution for my high blood pressure as well as my diabetes that wasn't pharmaceutical. I had BP readings of 115/113, 146/102, 166/107. This was my readings from my last 9 months as I go every three months for check up. I am happy to say that since taking Moringa and this together I am sitting with 112/78 being my highest reading. I suffer from severe anxiety attacks and had to use al ham but problem is that it is addictive. Neighbor suggested Ashwagandha and within a week I saw results. I only drink one in morning and one in evening and when severely stressed I will drink two and within 30min to an hour I relax totally. Just one warning... Not all ashwagandha capsules work the same way. So beware where you buy as well as the strength. So far The Herbalist products work the best for me

I just love the Ashwagandha pills. I lost 7 kg now since May 2024. Not being on a diet at all. Stopped drinking the pills in June 2024 and could not keep the stress at bay.
