I have added the lion's mane to my tons Teens Bundle bit only in the second month. And it made a big difference. You need to find a balance and what works for you or your teen. Teens bundle already have some lions' mane in their Concentration caps but i wanted to just see what happens if i add a little more lions' mane. I yet have to monitor the effect on my cholesterol and blood pressure, but surely can feel the positive difference in my knees and my constipation is also something of the past. I'll be back with a more conclusive review regarding my other health issues.
