I have added the lion's mane to my tons Teens Bundle bit only in the second month. And it made a big difference. You need to find a balance and what works for you or your teen. Teens bundle already have some lions' mane in their Concentration caps but i wanted to just see what happens if i add a little more lions' mane. To my surprise it is the perfect combo that works for my teen. This month is my 3rd round purchasing.

I'm using Lion's Mane for about two weeks now. I yet have to monitor the effect on my cholesterol and blood pressure, but surely can feel the positive difference in my knees and my constipation is also something of the past. I'll be back with a more conclusive review regarding my other health issues. Until now I give the product a whopping 5 stars and I'm positive, with time, you can introduce a 10 star for future rating. Did I mention that my brain fog is being addressed?

I’ve just started using it, on my 2nd bottle but so far so good

I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in Feb 2019. It has been a daily challenge since. I have constant pain in my SI joints, down my right side and in my feet. It feels like I have centipedes walking up and down my feet 24 hours a day. I was prescribed S3 and S5 meds to ease the pain and help my neuropathy and target the inflammation.
