At The Herbalist, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re confident in the quality of our herbal products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work when shopping with us.

Returns & Eligibility

You have 60 days from the date of order to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging.

- It must be damage-free (unless it arrived damaged).

- First-time purchases of a specific product may be returned, even if partially used.

- You must contact our customer support team on WhatsApp before sending anything back. We do not accept unsolicited returns.

Returns without prior communication or those that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

 

- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

- We will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email. If approved, you can choose to:

 

- Receive a refund to your preferred bank account

- Request store credit for a future purchase

- Refunds are normally processed within 1–5 business days, although this may vary.

🚚 Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

- If the original order included free shipping, return shipping is still the customer’s responsibility.
 

- We recommend using The Courier Guy when sending returns.

Unhappy with a Product?

If you're not satisfied with a product, especially on a first-time purchase, please reach out. We'll ask a few questions to understand your experience and see how we can help. 

 

While we don’t refund shipping, we aim to ensure every customer walks away feeling supported.

🔁 Exchanges

If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right immediately. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
