Dropshipping is an eCommerce business model where website owners can list and sell products without buying or paying for inventory upfront. Only when the website owner gets a sale do they order from the supplier, the supplier will then deliver directly to their customer.  

1. Website owners can add our products to your website. You can do this by copying our product images, title, description etc and adding it to your site. We will also list all the product pictures on a google drive which you can access below.

2. The pricing on this page is the price that you will pay for the product. These are NOT the prices that you will sell the product for. To see the selling price please click on "All Products" and use the prices given there. You will list the products at the higher retail price and then the price below will be your wholesale buy price. The difference is your profit to keep.  

3) When you get a confirmed sale from a customer on your store (at the retail price) you can then come to this page and buy the same item for the lower wholesale price. When doing so please be sure to include the customers delivery address & phone number when checking out. At this point you would have already received the payment from your customer and you would make payment on our site for the lower price so that the order can be delivered to them. If the order is placed before noon, we will dispatch it that day, if it's later, it will be shipped the next day. We will then send your customer shipping updates via email.

2. Fill in the customer's shipping address & phone number.

3. If the order is placed before noon, we will dispatch it that day. If not, it will be shipped the next day.

Our delivery fee is R80, we offer free shipping for any orders over R750, that includes dropshipping orders. However, it will be unlikely that you will qualify for free shipping unless your customer's order is very large. 

For example, if your customer orders 8x Moringa 60 capsules from you at R100 each, their order on your website will be R800, however you will buy Moringa 60 capsules from us at R50, which will add up to R400. So if you would like to offer free shipping on your store, be sure to do the maths before hand. 

We use The Courier Guy for deliveries, which takes around 2-4 business days from dispatch. 

1. It is illegal to make any claims to cure any diseases or ailments.

2. When adding the customers details at checkout, be sure to use your own email address so that your customer will not receive emails from our system. 

3. Resellers may not advertise against The Herbalist brand on Google ads.
