I started taking the Superhuman capsules 2 weeks ago, as I was feeling so run down and had no energy, and on the first few days it was almost working too well lol. I had energy but was feeling a little irritable and anxious (I am prone to anxiety and depression) so I played around with the Superhuman and Anti-Anxiety doses. I seem to have found a "sweet spot" with 1 Superhuman capsule and 2 Anti-Anxiety capsules per day and they are working beautifully together so far. I feel relaxed and less anxious from the Anti-Anxiety and have more energy and feel more alert from the Superhuman. I'm feeling happier and more energetic in general. Looking forward to the results after a month or so
