My Son and I have been using this product for just over a month now . I must add during his homework time he actually is in focus and improvement in memory especially in class. I have been using Lions main and ashwagandha for 3 weeks now. My anxiety and stress levels were quiet high. It feels like it is less as this stage and under control, but i am sure in time and the longer i use the product it will have a better effect. One thing for sure it has improved my sleeping pattern. I suffer from insomnia and i have been sleeping for between 2 and 3 hours before i wake up and i can feel at night before i go to bed that i feel tired, which didn't happen before. Memory wise there is no improvement on that so far. Thank you for a wonderful product

I was diagnosed with CIDP 6 years ago and told there was no cure other than going on steroids and drugs as an experiment. I declined and have been progressively getting worse. Had to stop driving 3years ago as paralysis in feet and legs has escalated. I have started with lions mane as an experiment as I have nothing to loose and it is not a chemical drug. After a week I have developed sensation and feeling with electric shocks going on in feet. I still have no balance but am going to stick with Lions Mane and see if this condition improves. CIDP is an autoimmune disease whereby the good cells are attacking the mylin coating around the nerves short circuting nerve to muscle. Causing gradual paralysis. It is now in my hands.
