I'm definitely sleeping much much beter. I fall asleep faster and sleep deeper ( don't get disturbed as much by my husband snoring or moving in bed) I feel more rested when I get up. I'm using Moringa, Tongkat Ali, White Kratom and Ashwagandha for months and just love it. Sleepy Caps works like a charm. I'm using it for two months now and I don't struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep anymore, wish I knew about the product sooner.
