Before I began using Moringa I was up to 86.1 kg, after 3 weeks I am down to 83.3kg. I have cut down my eating only a little, but with this motivation I am currently working on a daily calories diet of under 1400 calories per day with as much water as I can comfortably drink, wish me luck!!!

Hi everyone, I am a type 2 diabetic for 35 years. From the beginning I was put on Glucophage 1000mg twice a day. Since a few months ago it was clear the treatment was no longer effective anymore and I was also put onto insulin. I then decided that I want to try natural medication. After approximately 3 months my glucose levels started to drop between 4.7 and 6.0. My general practitioner could not believe it.
